Driver CPC 
This course can form part of a 7 hour Driver CPC module. 

Digital Tachographs 
Sometimes there is a genuine fear of new things. Whilst the digital tachograph has been with us for a number of years, it is still the “new”  tachograph that replaces the traditional analogue version. 

However, there is no need fear – if you can use a mobile phone, you can use a digital tachograph! 

TACL has over 30 years experience of delivering transport training from the owner-operator to the largest blue-chip fleets. 

Course Overview

This is a 3 hour course and includes the following key topics:

• what is a Driver Card;
• how to use the Driver Card;
• what is the Company Card;
• operating the digital tachograph;
• time settings;
• mode switch settings;
• manual entries;
• printouts;
• how to change paper roll.

Who Should Attend?
A practical, no-nonsense course designed specifically for drivers.

Previous Knowledge
No previous knowledge is required.

General Details
Throughout, those attending are asked to complete short exercises. These exercises are not collected in, as they can be used later in conjunction with the course notes.

Venue
Courses are run at our training centre. However, all courses can be run at virtually any suitable venue.

Timings
Courses start with Registration at 9:00am for a 9:30am start. Finish time is 1:00pm. Specific courses can be run at virtually any time to suit specific requirements.

What is Included
All course notes and handouts. Light refreshments are served.

Formality
The courses are run on an as informal a basis as numbers will allow. Questions are normally answered as they arise.

Bespoke Courses
Specific courses, by arrangement, can be undertaken at virtually any suitable location at any time.
